You are allowed to say no

Hi Reader

Here is the part of Divine Acceptance that almost nobody teaches.

It is alright not to accept.

Somewhere along the way, acceptance got confused with agreeing to everything. It became a spiritual costume for going along, for staying quiet, for swallowing what should have been spoken.

People wear serene expressions over clenched jaws and call it peace.

That is not acceptance. That is endurance with better marketing.

The message of Divine Acceptance is honest about this. Sometimes we need to accept. Sometimes we need to know that it is alright not to accept as well. It is important to know when to push forward and when to change directions.

Read that again. When to push forward. When to change directions. Both are movement. Both are sacred. The wisdom is in knowing which moment you are standing in.

There are situations in your life that ask for your acceptance, and softening into them will free you.

There are other situations that ask for your refusal, and softening into those would cost you something you should keep.

A boundary can be an act of acceptance too. It accepts the truth of what is, rather than the hope of what someone promised.

Divine Acceptance does not make you agreeable. It makes you accurate.

Reflection for this week:

"Is there something I have been calling acceptance that is actually avoidance? And is there something I have been fighting that is simply asking to be accepted?"

Sit with the awakened calligraphy and ask. The answer is usually quieter than the argument.

May you hold this message and feel Divine Acceptance within and all around you.

Be well and stay well,

Jeffrey
