Hi Reader
There is a saddle in a barn that has not been ridden in fifteen years.
The leather has shaped itself to the rider who used it. Even in the dim light of the barn, you can see the curve of where they sat. The hands that held the reins. The press of the boots. The body of the rider is not in the barn anymore, but the saddle is still holding the shape of them.
The body holds shapes too.
A shoulder that lifted to ward off something a long time ago and never quite came back down. A jaw that learned to set itself at twelve and is still set at fifty. A breath that goes only halfway in because the other half belonged to a moment that is over now.
The body has been a good keeper.
It held what could not be held in the moment. It carried what was too heavy to carry consciously. It made small accommodations year after year and kept you walking and kept you working and kept you here. The shapes were a kindness once.
They are no longer needed.
This is the layer Divine Elimination is reaching now. The quiet places. The ones you stopped noticing because the holding became the way you stand and the way you sit and the way you are in a room.
You may have felt it this week. A sigh that came out longer than you expected. A shoulder that dropped on its own in the middle of a conversation. The unfamiliar feeling of not bracing against something that is not there.
That is a shape leaving.
The body is in conversation with the spirit and the spirit has said it is time.
The communication is happening below words, below thought, below anything you would call a decision. And the system is doing what a system does when all of its parts are talking.
It is letting go of what does not serve the next part of the journey.
You are becoming lighter in places you did not know were heavy. The room inside you is opening. And what flows through you is starting to flow more freely than it has in a long time.
So it is, so it shall be.
