A few things worth knowing before you press play:
Make space for it. This is not background-while-you-cook material. The live demonstration is moving, and you'll feel work move through you whether you watch live or the recording.
Watch when you can give it your attention. Even if that means waiting until tonight, or tomorrow morning, or the next quiet hour you can find. The recording is patient.
