Replay-Episode 4

Hi Reader

Monday, we got mischievous, a new version of the protocol, a new app exploration, and some new targets aimed at the body's own repair and recovery signalling. Then I did the only thing that really matters here: I asked what happened.

And you told me. All of it.

Here's what I love, there was no single answer.

Some of you felt a deep calm settle in and stay, even through a hard week. Some felt tingling in the scalp and arms, warmth moving from head to heart to gut. Several of you described the exact thing we practiced in Episode Two, the body letting go, releasing the effort, receiving instead of reaching. One of you watched a stubborn pain ease more than expected. Others went pleasantly sleepy, or unexpectedly emotional, or slipped into “another space” entirely.

And some of you? Your brain didn't care for the tones at all. One found them genuinely unpleasant. A couple noticed nothing in particular. Someone got a headache.

That range... that's not the experiment misfiring. That's the experiment, being honest. A room where everyone reports a miracle is a room I wouldn't trust. A room that tells me the truth, calm here, discomfort there, nothing at all over there, that's real data, and it's exactly what we came for.

→ Watch the Episode Four replay here. Make sure to check the attachments for a special gift that you can run on your TV or computer. It's in 4K resolution. I also included some lower-resolution versions that you can run on your phone.

Then, whenever you're ready, the next step:

Episode Five — Your Own Edge (The Body Already Does The Impossible)— July 13th at 1 PM Eastern.

→ Register for Episode Five:

As always: curiosity over expectation, alongside never instead. Bodies differ, none of this is medical advice, and “nothing happened” is still a perfectly good outcome.

Be well and stay well,

Jeffrey

P.S. — To whoever's brain hated the tones: thank you. Sincerely. Reports like yours keep this honest, and they teach me things the glowing ones never could. Bring that same honesty to Episode Five.
