I walked in with nothing planned. Then the peas happened.

Hi Reader

Every month I host Ask Jeff Anything, and every month I tell you the same thing: this hour isn't mine, it's yours. Usually, I come in with at least a couple of announcements. Today, I came in with basically nothing — just "what can I do for you?" — and it turns out those were the magic words.

Because what came through was something I could not have scripted if I'd tried for a week.

We opened with the God light prayer, for ourselves, for each other, for the whole world. Someone immediately asked if I could make them taller. (I could not. Posture, my friend. Posture.) And then, fast, it got deep.

One of our people came in carrying an energy in her home, a relative stuck in the in-between, unable to forgive herself. But the real turn wasn't the clearing. It was one word she used without even noticing it: "unforgivable." That word was a judgment she'd been holding in her own body this whole time. We cut the cords with the Dagger of Mercy (she chose it herself, I'll let the replay explain that part), and she felt, in her own words, an absolute unwinding. A total release of pressure.

That cracked something open for everyone. Another member shared about years of lingering energies in her house, and we did a forgiveness and debt-cancellation clearing together, a reminder for all of us to forgive freely now, while we're still here to do it.

And then worthiness showed up. And it would not leave. It moved through story after story, a man in a park who couldn't lift his arms and didn't feel worthy of the help he'd literally prayed for. A woman in a grocery aisle holding a can of peas, who may not have been seen by another human being all day. And someone who, after nearly 76 years of working, stopped, and sat with all of us in the terrifying question of what she's for now.

I'm not going to give it all away. Some of this you just have to feel.

Here's what I'll say: if you have ever felt invisible, or unworthy, or like you don't know what you're for anymore — this one is for you. Go watch it.

Be well and stay well,
