There is a rule in every hospital in the world.

After a surgery, no matter how successful, no matter how clean the incision or how steady the vitals, they will not send you home until your body has eliminated. They will keep you in that bed and watch and wait. Because until elimination occurs, they cannot be sure the system is alive in the way a system has to be.

Elimination is the proof of communication.

The parts have to be talking to each other. The signal has to travel. The whole quiet conversation between organs, nerves, and breath has to be working. When elimination happens, the doctors know. The body is whole. The system is alive.

This is true of more than the body.

Something is being eliminated in you right now. You may have felt it this week. A loosening of an old idea. A conversation you finally let end. A weight in your chest that wasn't there yesterday and isn't there today, and you cannot quite say where it went.

That is the system communicating.

May is the energy of Divine Elimination. And elimination is one of the oldest and most honest things a living thing does. It happens in the body. It happens in the mind. It happens in the spirit. It happens in every place where you have been holding what you no longer need.

We are receiving machines.

That part is true. And before the receiving can happen well, something else has to happen first. The lines have to be open. The parts have to be talking. What was finished has to leave, so what is coming can arrive.

Something is already letting go in you. Trust it. The body knows how to do this. The spirit knows how to do this. The system is communicating, and that is the first sign that you are alive!
